Explanatory Note This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect. These regulations, which come into force on 1 January 2006, amend the Fisheries (Registers) Regulations 2001 by adding new regulations 9 and 10 which specify the information to be entered in the fish farmer register and the aquaculture agreement register.
