12 Requirements in relation to prescriptions (1) Regulation 29(1)(c) is amended by omitting the words "or registered midwife" in each place where they appear, and substituting in each case the expression ", registered midwife, or designated prescriber nurse". (2) Regulation 29(1)(n) of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after the word "practitioner", the expression ", registered midwife, or designated prescriber nurse". (3) Regulation 29 of the principal Act is amended by revoking subclause (2), and substituting the following subclause: "(2) No person (other than a medical practitioner, registered midwife, or designated prescriber nurse, acting in a case of emergency under regulation 34) may give a prescription for the supply of a controlled drug that does not conform to the requirements of subclause (1)."
