4. Potaka Whanau Development Trust---Schedule 3 of the Maori Reserved
Land Amendment Act 1997 is amended by adding to Part A, immediately
after the details of the leases in respect of which Te Atairangi Kaahu
is the lessor (which details appear on page 912 of Volume 2 of the 1997
Annual Volumes of Statutes) the following details (being details of 13
leases to which the Maori Reserved Land Act 1955 applies and which have
been omitted in error from that schedule):
