Miscellaneous Matters 16. Organisation to spend levy money---(1) Subject to subclause (2), the organisation must spend or (pending its expenditure) invest all levy money paid to it. (2) No amount of levy money may be spent to purchase or otherwise effect any disaster relief insurance for wheat growers if that insurance does not have all 3 of the following attributes: (a) Flat rate cover: (b) No excess: (c) No minimum loss.
