9. Special schools for students with intellectual disability---The basic staffing entitlement of a special school for students with an intellectual disability (not being a school whose basic staffing entitlement is prescribed by any of clauses 5 to 8) is the number of teachers specified in the second column of Schedule 5 opposite its September 1998 roll.
