 List Petition

   To the Court of Appeal of New Zealand



 THE petition of A.B., the Secretary of the [State name of registered
 political party for which the petitioner is party secretary] (and C.D.,

     1. An election for members of Parliament from lists submitted
     pursuant to section 127 of the Electoral Act 1993 was held on
