EXPLANATORY NOTE This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect. These regulations, which come into force on 22 June 1995, amend the Radiocommunications (Fees) Regulations 1993. The regulations substitute a new Third Schedule, which sets out various fees payable by rightholders for the frequencies specified in their licences. New fees are prescribed for VHF Television Broadcasting frequencies. Other fees remain unchanged. ------ Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
