2. Office hours---The principal regulations are hereby amended by revoking regulation 4, and substituting the following regulation: ``4. Every Land Registry Office shall, on every day when it is required by regulation 3 of these regulations to be open, be open during such hours as the Registrar-General fixes from time to time, either generally or in any particular case.''
