EXPLANATORY NOTE This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect. The regulations, which come into force on 1 November 1990, provide for--- (a) A change from the term ``national superannuitant'' to the new term ``guaranteed retirement income earner''; and (b) The inclusion of veterans' pensioners within the class of persons who may claim concessional rates for the public broadcasting fee. ------ Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
