2. Constitution of work centres---(1) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a work centre, to be known as the Paraparaumu Work Centre. (2) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a work centre, to be known as the Panmure Work Centre. ------
