2. Medical Laboratory Technologists Board---Regulation 3 (2) of the principal regulations is hereby amended by revoking paragraph (a), and substituting the following paragraph: ``(a) One person, being employed in the Department of Health, to be nominated by the chief executive of that Department:''.
