Writs of Sale and Writs of Possession
  Power of officer to seize title deeds






   601. Power of officer to seize title deeds---The officer to whom the
 writ is directed---
   (a) May demand and, in the case of refusal, seize the certificate of
         title and any title deeds of and in the possession of any party
         against whom the writ has been issued; and
   (b) May produce the certificate of title and any title deeds to any
         intending purchaser.
