   3. (1) This subsection amended s. 4 (3) of the principal Act.


   (2) This subsection inserted subs. (3A) in s. 4 of the principal Act.


   (3) The Public Bodies Contracts Amendment Act 1965 is hereby
 consequentially repealed.
