 Miscellaneous Provisions


   [46. Assistance of Ministry of Justice---The [[Ministry of Justice]]
 may, for the purpose of assisting any other Department or any
 organisation to act in accordance with this Act, furnish advice or
 assistance or both to that other Department or that organisation.]

       This section was substituted for the original s. 46 by s. 4 of the
     Official Information Amendment Act 1989.
       The reference to the Ministry of Justice was substituted for a
     reference to the Department of Justice by s. 10 (3) of the
     Department of Justice (Restructuring) Act 1995.
