9. Schedules amended---(1) The First Schedule to the principal Act (as
 substituted by section 23 (1) of the Official Information Amendment Act
  1987) is hereby amended by omitting from the item relating to the
 Privacy Commissioner (as inserted by section 37 of the Privacy
 Commissioner Act 1991) the words ``established under the Privacy
 Commissioner Act 1991''.

   (2) The Third Schedule to the principal Act is hereby amended by
 repealing so much of that Schedule as relates to the Wanganui Computer
 Centre Act 1976.
