30. Modifications to give effect to international agreement---The
 Governor-General may, from time to time, by Order in Council, limit any
 provision of this Act relating to the exclusive economic zone so far as
 it is necessary to do so to give full effect to any convention that is
 adopted by the Third United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea.
