14   Prohibition of operation of unauthorised foreign fishing craft in zone 




   14. Prohibition of operation of unauthorised foreign fishing craft in
 zone---No foreign fishing craft shall be used for fishing within the
 exclusive economic zone except in accordance with a licence issued by
 the Minister under section 15 of this Act in respect of that fishing
 craft.
