4. Determination of interests of constituent authorities in plantation
 reserves---The Selwyn Plantation Board Act 1953 is hereby amended as
 from the commencement of the 1st day of November 1989 by repealing the
 First Schedule (as substituted by section 3 of the Selwyn Plantation
 Board Amendment Act 1963), and substituting the First Schedule set out
 in the Schedule to this Act.
