THE SELWYN PLANTATION BOARD AMENDMENT ACT 1991:

(1) This subsection substituted a new subsection, as from the commencement of the 1st day of November 1989, for subs. (2) of s. 3 of the principal Act.
2. (1) This subsection substituted a new subsection, as from the
commencement of the 1st day of November 1989, for subs. (2) of s. 3 of
the principal Act.
(2) This subsection substituted new subsections, as from the
commencement of the 1st day of November 1989, for the former subss. (5)
and (6) (as added by s. 2 (2) of the Selwyn Plantation Board Amendment
Act 1963 (L)) of s. 3 of the principal Act.
