57. No action against Fire Authority for failure to provide against
fire---(1) No action or proceedings shall be brought against the Crown
or any Fire Authority or any officer, servant, or employee of any of
them to recover damages for any loss or damage due to the failure or
neglect of the Crown or the Fire Authority to make, or their negligence
in making, adequate provision in good faith for fire control.
(2) No member of a Fire Authority shall be personally liable for any
act done or omitted by the Fire Authority or any member thereof in good
faith in pursuant or intended pursuance of the powers and authority of
the Fire Authority.
