Financial Provisions

   37. Benefactions to be strictly applied---Subject to the provisions of
 the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, all benefactions at any time vested in
 or enjoyed by the University with a declaration of trust, or as an
 endowment for the promotion of any particular branch of science or
 learning, shall be applied strictly by the Council accordingly.
