Trustees of the National Library

   8. Trustees of the National Library---(1) For the purposes of this Act
 there is hereby established a body to be known as the Trustees of the
 National Library.

   (2) The Trustees shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession
 and a common seal, and may hold real and personal property for the
 purposes of this Act, and sue and be sued, and do and suffer all such
 acts and things as bodies corporate may do and suffer.
