4. National Librarian---(1) There shall from time to time be
 appointed, under the State Services Act 1962, a National Librarian.

   (2) Subject to the control of the Minister, who shall be advised by
 the Trustees of the National Library, the National Librarian shall be
 charged with the general administration of this Act.

   (3) Repealed by s. 4 (2) of the State Services Amendment Act 1973.

   (4) The Education Act 1964 is hereby consequentially amended by
 repealing subsection (2) of section 204.
