31. Regulations---The Governor-General may from time to time, by Order
in Council, make regulations for all or any of the following purposes:
(a) Prescribing the terms and conditions on which services may be
provided by the National Library under this Act:
(b) Giving effect to the wishes expressed by the late Alexander
Horsburgh Turnbull in the provisions of the second codicil to
his will set out in the Schedule to this Act:
(c) Authorising the Library Committee of the House of Representatives
to make rules regulating the use of the General Assembly
Library:
(d) Providing for the selection and admission of students for courses
of training under this Act, and for the payment of allowances
and expenses to students accepted for any such course:
(e) Providing for such matters as are contemplated by or necessary for
giving full effect to the provisions of this Act and for the due
administration thereof.
