67. Savings of rights of Crown and other persons---(1) Nothing in this
 Act shall affect any right or privilege of the Crown subsisting
 otherwise than by virtue of an enactment; and nothing in this Act shall
 affect any right or privilege of the Crown or any other person under any
 enactment, except in so far as that enactment is expressly repealed,
 amended, or modified by this Act.

   (2) Nothing in this Act shall affect the right of the Crown, or of any
 person deriving title from the Crown, to sell, use, or otherwise deal
 with articles forfeited under the laws relating to customs, including
 any article so forfeited by virtue of this Act or any enactment repealed
 by this Act.
