 An Act to amend the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908
                                                   [21 November 1973

   1. Short Title---This Act may be cited as the Agricultural and
 Pastoral Societies Amendment Act 1973, and shall be read together with
 and deemed part of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908
 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

   2. This section substituted a new subsection for subs. (4) of s. 8 of
 the principal Act.
