17 Disallowance of immediate modification orders

  (1)  A member of Parliament may give a notice of motion under this section to
disallow an immediate modification order within 6 sitting days after the day on
which it was made.

  (2)  Subsection (1) applies whether or not the order has been presented to
the House of Representatives.
