18. Court may disqualify holder of aviation document or impose
 conditions on holding of document---Section 45 (1) of the principal Act
 (as amended by section 24 of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 1992) is
 hereby amended by inserting, after the words ``section 43'', the words
 ``or section 43A''.
