126. Appeal on question of law---(1) Any---
(a) Party to any application for an approval or an application under
section 26 of this Act or regulations; or
(b) Person who made submissions to the Authority on any application
for an approval or an application under section 26 of this Act
or regulations---
may appeal against the decision of the Authority to the High Court on a
question of law, unless a right of appeal to the District Court against
the decision is provided for in any other provision of this Act.
(2) Any report and recommendation of the Authority under section 72 of
this Act is deemed to be a decision for the purposes of Part X of the
High Court Rules.
(3) An appeal under this section shall be made in accordance with the
High Court Rules, except to the extent that those rules are inconsistent
with sections 127 to 134 of this Act.
