77. Application of fines---Notwithstanding anything in section 73 of
 the Public Finance Act 1989, the Court before which any person is
 convicted of an offence against this Act may direct that part (not
 exceeding one-half) of any fine imposed shall be paid to the informant
 or to any person giving information that led to the conviction.
