| Biosecurity Act 1993; or
| ``(f) Section 66 of the Dog Control
| Act 1996; or
| ``(g) Any provision of any other
| Act providing for the use of the
| infringement notice procedure under
| section 21 of this Act:''.
1960, No. 30---The | By repealing section 8A (as inserted by
Animals Protection Act | section 88 of the Dog Control and Hydatids
1960 (R.S. Vol. 6, p. | Act 1982), and substituting the following

| ``8A. Certain offences against Dog
| Control Act 1996 deemed to be offences
| against this Act---For the purposes of
| sections 10, 11, 12, 15, 15A, 16, and 16A
| of this Act, an offence against section 54
| of the Dog Control Act 1996 shall be deemed
| to be an offence against this Act.''
