89   Annual report 




   89. Annual report---(1) The Classification Office shall in each year
 furnish to the Minister a report with respect to the operation of the
 Classification Office during that year.

   (2) The Minister shall lay a copy of the report before the House of
 Representatives in accordance with section 44A of the Public Finance Act
 1989.
