85. Administration of Classification Office---(1) The Chief Censor
 shall be responsible for matters of administration in relation to the
 Classification Office, including---
   (a) The allocation of spheres of responsibility between the Chief
         Censor and the Deputy Chief Censor; and
   (b) The allocation of duties among the classification officers.

   (2) Subject to subsections (1) and (3) of this section, the Chief
 Censor and the Deputy Chief Censor shall be responsible for the exercise
 of the functions and powers of the Classification Office under this Act.

   (3) Subject to subsection (1) of this section, any classification
 officer may, in accordance with the directions of the Chief Censor or
 the Deputy Chief Censor, as the case may be, exercise the functions and
 powers of the Classification Office under this Act.
