84. Holding of other offices---Neither the Chief Censor nor the Deputy
 Chief Censor shall be capable of being a member of Parliament or of a
 local authority, and shall not, without the approval of the Minister in
 each particular case, hold any office of trust or profit or engage in
 any occupation for reward outside the duties of their office.
