79. Membership of Classification Office---(1) The Classification
 Office shall consist of the following persons:
   (a) A Chief Censor of Film and Literature:
   (b) A Deputy Chief Censor of Film and Literature:
   (c) Such other persons as are appointed under this Act as
         classification officers.

   (2) The powers and functions of the Classification Office shall not be
 affected by any vacancy in the office of Chief Censor or Deputy Chief
 Censor.
