Appeal to Court of Appeal

   70. Appeal against decision of High Court---(1) If any party to the
 proceedings before the High Court under this Part of this Act is
 dissatisfied with any final determination of the Court in respect of the
 appeal as being erroneous in point of law, that party may appeal to the
 Court of Appeal for the opinion of that Court on that question of law.

   (2) Every such appeal shall be heard and determined in accordance with
 rules of Court.
