7. Trade screenings---Section 6 of this Act does not apply in respect
 of the private screening, for commercial purposes, of any film where---
   (a) That screening is by---
           (i) The maker, owner, or distributor of the film; or
           (ii) An expressly authorised agent of the maker, owner, or
         distributor; and
   (b) That screening is to any person engaged in the film industry, or
         in any industry closely associated with the film industry; and
   (c) That screening is carried out in accordance with normal trade
         practice before the maker, owner, or distributor applies for the
         issue of a label in respect of the film.
