62   Appeal in respect of additional points of law




   62. Appeal in respect of additional points of law---(1) Where any
 party to an appeal under section 58 of this Act other than the appellant
 wishes to contend at the hearing of the appeal that the determination
 appealed from is erroneous on a point of law other than those set out in
 the notice of appeal, that party shall, within 20 working days after the
 date of the service on that party of a copy of the notice of appeal,
 lodge a notice to that effect with the Registrar of the High Court at
 Wellington.

   (2) The provisions of section 58, subsections (2) to (4) of section
 59, section 60, and sections 63 to 66 of this Act shall apply, with any
 necessary modifications, to any notice lodged under this section as if
 it were a notice of appeal.
