61   Right of other parties to appear and be heard on appeal




   61. Right of other parties to appear and be heard on appeal---(1) If
 any of the persons on whom a copy of the notice of appeal is required to
 be served under section 59 (2) of this Act wishes to appear and be heard
 on the hearing of the appeal, that person shall, within 10 working days
 after the date of the service of that copy on that person, lodge with
 the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington a notice of that person's
 intention to appear and be heard.

   (2) If any such person gives a notice of intention to appear and be
 heard, that party and the appellant shall be parties to the appeal and
 shall be entitled---
   (a) To be served with every document that, after the giving of the
         notice, is filed or lodged with the Registrar relating to the
         appeal; and
   (b) To receive a notice of the date set down for the hearing of the
         appeal.
