                            LABELLING OF FILMS


                          Labelling Requirements

   6. Films to be labelled---(1) Subject to sections 7 and 8 of this Act,
 a film must not be supplied to the public or offered for supply to the
 public unless---
   (a) A label has been issued in respect of that film; and
   (b) The requirements of this Act with respect to the affixing of that
         label are complied with.

   (2) Subject to sections 7 and 8 of this Act, a film must not be
 exhibited to the public unless---
   (a) A label has been issued in respect of that film; and
   (b) The requirements of this Act with respect to the display and
         advertisement of the contents of that label are complied with.
