56. Reconsideration of decisions referred under section 41
 (3)---Where, under section 41 (3) of this Act, a court refers to the
 Board for reconsideration any decision of the Board in respect of any
 publication, the Board shall carry out that reconsideration as if it
 were a review of that publication under section 52 of this Act, and the
 provisions of sections 53 to 55 of this Act, so far as they are
 applicable and with the necessary modifications, shall apply with
 respect to any such reconsideration.
