25. Classification Office may copy film---(1) Where the Classification
 Office examines any film under this Part of this Act, it may make 1 copy
 of that film, and any accompanying soundtrack, for the purposes of
 comparing that copy with any film that it subsequently examines.

   (2) The making of a copy of any film or any soundtrack under this
 section shall not constitute an infringement of the copyright (if any)
 in that film or soundtrack or in any material incorporated in that film
 or soundtrack.
