24. Soundtrack to be considered---Where a film is intended to be
 viewed with an accompanying soundtrack (whether or not the soundtrack is
 an integral part of the film), an examination of the film under section
 23 of this Act shall also take into account the content of the
 soundtrack and its relationship to the film.
