Notification of submission
19. Notification of submission---Where a person submits a publication
to the Classification Office under section 13 of this Act,---
(a) The Chief Censor shall forthwith direct the submitter to give
notice of the submission to any other person that the Chief
Censor reasonably believes should be given notice of the
submission by reason of that person's interest in the
publication (being an interest as owner, maker, distributor, or
publisher of the publication):
(b) The Chief Censor may, at any time before the publication has been
classified by the Classification Office,---
(i) Direct the submitter to give notice of the submission to
any other specified person or class of persons, in such manner
and within such time as the Chief Censor may specify:
(ii) Direct the submitter to publicise the fact that the
submission has been made, in such manner and within such time as
the Chief Censor may specify.
