35. Amendments to other enactments---(1) The Acts specified in Part I
 of the Second Schedule to this Act are hereby amended in the manner
 indicated in that Part of that Schedule.

   (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, the provisions in
 Part I of the Second Schedule to this Act that relate to sections 99,
 100, 101, and 103 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to the Second
 Schedule to that Act, shall come into force on a date to be appointed by
 the Governor-General by Order in Council.

   (3) The regulations and notice specified in Part II of the Second
 Schedule to this Act are hereby amended in the manner indicated in that
 Part of that Schedule.

   (4) The regulations and notice specified in Part II of the Second
 Schedule to this Act may be amended or revoked as if the amendment
 specified in that Part had been effected by regulation or notice, as the
 case may be, and not by this Act.
