                         MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS


                                 Offences

   30. Contravention of emergency rule---Every person who, without
 reasonable excuse, acts in contravention of or fails to comply with any
 emergency rule made under section 7 of this Act commits an offence and
 is liable on summary conviction,---
   (a) In the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $2,000; or
   (b) In the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
