34. Amendment to Local Government Act 1974---The Local Government Act
 1974 is hereby amended by repealing so much of Part IV of the First
 Schedule (as substituted by clause 2 of the Local Government Act (First
 Schedule) Order (No. 2) 1989) as relates to Hospital Boards.
