   27. Repeal of provisions prescribing offences in respect of
 institutions under control of Hospital Boards---(1) The principal Act is
 hereby amended by repealing section 155A (as inserted by section 12 (1)
 of the Hospitals Amendment Act 1981).

   (2) Section 12 (1) of the Hospitals Amendment Act 1981 is hereby
 consequentially repealed.
