Local authorities to supply information to Minister for the Environment
27. Local authorities to supply information to Minister for the
Environment---Any local authority requested by the Minister for the
Environment to supply such information as the Minister reasonably
requires relating to the exercise or performance of any of the local
authority's functions, powers, or duties under this Act shall be under a
duty to supply it as soon as reasonably practicable.
