An Act to enable the New Zealand Railways Corporation to be
   restructured, to provide for the vesting in companies incorporated
   under the Companies Act 1955 and in the Crown of railways assets and
   liabilities, to amend the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981,
   and to provide for related matters
